Job summary

McLane Co. is seeking a Maintenance II teammate in Riverside, CA to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems. You may also train junior mechanics and support building maintenance tasks.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent training, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, and experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and related equipment. Strong safety awareness and ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifications

Technical degree or professional training preferred.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
At least 2 years of material handling equipment maintenance experience.
Read and understand electrical schematics and comply with OSHA regulations.
Proficient with maintenance databases such as MP2, DataStream 7i, or Maintenance Connection.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors, air systems, racking, and paint processes.
Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions using available specifications.
Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
Ensure spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions are documented.
Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products and equipment.
Other duties may be assigned.
