Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Memphis is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and distribution center systems.

The role supports dental, medical, vision benefits, and a comprehensive perk package while contributing to a safe, efficient operation. You will diagnose malfunctions, source parts, and document labor and inventory, working a day shift from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent training; professional training preferred.
• 3+ years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Able to read electrical schematics and basic automation diagrams.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with maintenance databases and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other distribution center equipment (refrigeration systems, plumbing, lighting, doors, air systems, racking, totes, spray painting).
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions using specifications.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Ensure spare parts usage, inventory and labor are tracked and documented.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
