Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Albany, GA facility. You will support maintenance and operations of warehouse equipment, including conveyors and forklifts, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, PLC/VFD troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with PLC and VFD experience.
• Experience with conveyors and warehouse equipment preferred.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in repairing warehouse equipment including conveyors and forklifts.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and supplier services.
• Maintain batteries and perform routine PMs on equipment.
• Update CMMS with repairs and maintenance data.
• Support preventative maintenance and operational improvements.
• Keep yard, pallets, and bins organized and safe.
