Qualifications

• Background in industrial facility maintenance and basic electrical work.
• Proven reliability and long-term stability in prior roles.
• Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on the warehouse fleet of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs).
• Perform mechanical and basic electrical repairs on building systems (doors, dock levelers, racking, lighting).
• Read schematics/blueprints and use multimeters to resolve issues.

Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Location: 1410 Gordon Food Service Dr, Plant City FL

We are looking for a skilled, dependable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on repairing our fleet of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) while handling general building maintenance projects to keep our Plant City distribution center operating safely and efficiently. Schedule

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM (3rd Shift)

Pay & Perks

• Starting at $28.24/hour (Includes a $1.00 Shift Premium)
• Monthly performance incentives
• Annual $500 tool allowance and $150 boot allowance

Core Responsibilities

• Vehicle Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on our warehouse fleet of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs), including pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Building Maintenance: Complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs on building systems, including high-speed doors, dock levelers, racking, and lighting.
• Diagnostics: Read schematics/blueprints and use multimeters (VOMs) to resolve electrical and mechanical equipment issues.

Does This Look Like You?

• Crown Forklift Experience Required: Must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment made by Crown Lift Trucks (pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.).
• Building Maintenance Experience: Background in industrial facility maintenance, basic mechanical repairs, and basic building electrical work.
• Steady Work History: A proven track record of reliable employment and long-term stability.
• Work Environment Comfort: Ability to work in high places (lifts), inside freezing cold spaces (-20°F in our freezers), and lift/move up to 100 lbs during your shift.
• General Requirements: Must be 18+ years of age, hold a high school diploma or GED, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
