Job summary

Precisionstaffingusa is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in Mason, Ohio to support production operations. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment and conveyor systems, perform preventative maintenance, and help minimize downtime in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with production machinery, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to document repairs using maintenance tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.
• Experience working with conveyor systems preferred.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use maintenance tracking systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical machinery, including Sprint Baggers and Auto-Weight machines.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Identify mechanical issues and make necessary equipment adjustments and repairs.
• Use computers and maintenance tracking systems to document repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Help minimize production downtime by responding to equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Mason, Ohio Pay: $24.00/hr + $0.50/hr shift differential Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Overtime: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment and conveyor systems. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule

• $24.00 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour shift differential
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Overtime Schedule: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
