Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Etna, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical warehouse equipment, and you will collaborate with contractors to complete service tasks.

This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits starting after 30 days, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within our growing logistics network across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $27.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $40.50 per hour
• Shift Pay: $2.00 per hour
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am (depending on business needs)
