Ryder is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Etna, Ohio to support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The role focuses on routine lubrication, preventive maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical equipment across distribution facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Etna, Ohio — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $27.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $40.50 per hour
• Shift Pay: $2.00 per hour
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 3:30 pm to 12:00 am (depending on business needs)
