Job summary

Integra Beauty is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted product flow at our Ohio e-commerce distribution center. You will support preventative maintenance, troubleshoot conveyor and packaging equipment, and keep automated systems integrated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in warehouses, with forklift/PIT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in warehouse environments.
• Valid Forklift / PIT certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics; PLC/automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: assist PM routines on conveyors, sorting systems, packaging equipment, and facility utilities.
• WMS & Operational Flow Support: troubleshoot mechanical jams, conveyor belt tracking, and automated sorting hardware to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Baler & Waste Management: perform routine maintenance and changes on balers and trash compactors.
• Engineering Support: partner with the Operations Engineer on continuous improvement projects, facility upgrades, system diagnostics, and equipment installs.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts) for maintenance tasks.
• General Mechanical Repairs: diagnose, repair, and replace worn components on mechanical drives, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, and pneumatic systems.
• General Building Maintenance: light facility upkeep, changing lighting, dock maintenance, rack repair, door hardware, and cleanliness.
