Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities and equipment safe and efficient across distribution operations in Ohio. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and support building systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading manuals, schematics, and blueprints; using diagnostic tools; and working with a team to minimize downtime while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Use electrical diagnostic equipment and testing instruments.
• Collaborate with team and management in a constructive manner.
• Mentor and develop technicians in training with Supervisor support.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, equipment and building systems.
