The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted product flow and maintaining the overall safety and physical condition of our e‑commerce distribution center. This position supports preventative maintenance routines, troubleshoots mechanical issues on warehouse equipment, executes general warehouse and facility maintenance, assists the Operations Engineer with facility projects, and keeps automated systems integrated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) running smoothly.
1–3 years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment. Will train the right person.
Valid Forklift / Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification (or ability to achieve certification upon hire).
Strong proficiency with basic hand/power tools, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. PLC and automated experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at elevated heights, and stand/walk for extended periods in a fast‑paced environment.
