Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required and 1–3 years of supervisory maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with urgency and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; flexible to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop maintenance team members.
• Ensure staff training and qualifications for assigned duties.
• Use CMMS to manage preventive maintenance, assign work orders, and reduce downtime.
• Monitor performance and evaluate team effectiveness through planning and communication.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify improvements and upgrades.
• Implement facility upgrades and process improvements; manage tools and parts.
• Provide necessary resources and safety equipment for the team.
• Maintain inventory and requisition maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and on-schedule inspections.
• Conduct regular facility tours to verify conditions and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of workplace safety.
