Job summary

Wynen's is seeking a Lead Maintenance role at our Rock Island, IL warehouse to oversee maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team. You will coordinate facility and equipment repairs, drive preventive maintenance, and support sanitation and safety programs to ensure site readiness and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractor work, maintaining maintenance inventories, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to supervise maintenance activities.
• Working knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance/repair practices.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and sanitation requirements.
