Taylor Metal Products, a Spokane-based metal building materials manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment. Responsibilities include setting up and programming CNC and press-brake equipment, welding, and maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, read blueprints, and provide cost estimates for repairs.

Formación

• Mechanical maintenance on forklifts, conveyors, machines, motors and other equipment.
• Blueprints reading for troubleshooting and safety improvements.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues and determine corrections.
• Provide cost estimates for corrections.
• Welding/cutting operations on metals.
• CNC programming and operation desired.
• Eligible: 18+ with a high school diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate and program computerized press-brake, roll-forming machines, and machine shop equipment.
• Maintain accurate preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Lead or perform safe removal and installation of equipment.
• Perform weekly safety checks to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Provide groundskeeping as assigned (landscaping, snow removal, exterior maintenance).
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machined parts, jigs, fixtures or tools.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team who will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex production equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) in order to ensure uninterrupted production of quality products that meet compliance with company standards.Local metal building materials manufacturer offering a full-time position as a Warehouse Maintenance, Millwright, Mechanic. We are seeking a reliable, self-driven individual with the capability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair multiple types of equipment throughout the manufacturing plant. TO APPLY, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS AD AND INCLUDE A CURRENT RESUME.Job RequirementsMechanical aptitude with operating, repairing and conducting routine maintenance on forklifts, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production machines, motors and other equipment or tools as needed.Ability to read and interpret blueprints for trouble-shooting, repairs, process and safety improvements.Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues and determine the appropriate measures to correct them.
