• Education beyond high school in maintenance or related area (18 months).
• Two years in general maintenance or related responsibilities; three years in closely related field work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine maintenance and establish priorities.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose problems; initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and materials; perform complex repairs.
• Ensure safety and compliance in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Oversee quality checks and confirm completion of tasks.
