Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Lead in Phoenix, on-site, to drive reliability and efficiency in our dry/warm warehouse. You will lead maintenance planning, coach teams on preventive maintenance, and use GPS/IWS tools to resolve issues quickly.

This role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and continuous improvement. The position offers a 5‑day work week, day shift (8:00am–4:30pm), weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days, with opportunities to develop

• Experience leading a maintenance team in a warehouse or similar.
• Ability to use GPS/IWS problem-solving tools.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
• Willingness to work a 5-day schedule including weekends.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player as our Warehouse Maintenance Lead, as you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance organization is readily prepared for the operations journey. You will be responsible for growing the technical capability of operations leaders, operations and eliminate root causes of equipment breakdowns.

In This Role You’ll:

• Drive Daily Management System to deliver improved results
• Work the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMSs
• Ensure any safety/quality/food safety conditions issues that require parts or planning are resolved quickly
• Own the maintenance plan for the line - appropriate PMs, quality of PMs, PM execution, PM tracking & continual improvement
• Participate in the operational reviews (shift hand-off, shiftily ops review, daily ops review) - take appropriate actions
• Eliminate technical barriers for the line teams to achieve results
• Partner with line leader to drive Continuous Improvement of systems and results
• Develop individual capability in Progressive Maintenance (PM) standard work process
• Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate issues

What You’ll Bring

• Be a coach for the team on the use of GPS (IWS) tools to solve problems
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Escalate issues that need further attention properly
• Coach line operators on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)
• Shift: Primarily a 5-day work week, Day Shift - 8:00am-4:30pm
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50+ lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: Earn Up To $25.75
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
