Job summary

S&S Activewear in McDonough, GA is seeking a Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate to manage inventory, operate warehouse machinery, and support restocking and counting activities. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will work Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:30 PM, as a full-time, non-exempt team member. The position offers extensive benefits, apparel discounts, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Basic math skills for counting and quick calculations.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Flexibility with start times and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage products safely and accurately.
• Operate machinery including cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification may be required).
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Contribute to a safe working environment.
• Cross-train for additional duties as needed.
