Sterling Pharma Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Technician to support material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced chemical environment.
You will document transactions, operate forklifts, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, cGMP) while maintaining safe, compliant storage using FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma and 3 years in shipping/receiving or warehousing.
The Warehouse and Logistics Technician is accountable for supporting results in a fast-paced environment by being responsible for material handling, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management, while ensuring proper documentation and data entry is performed as required. The position requires alignment with the behaviors of the Sterling core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this position profile.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent along with 3 years of Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse or Inventory management experience, preferably in a chemical environment with handling of dangerous goods shipments.
Up to 5% travel required.
