Position Details
  • Title: Logistics Team Lead
  • Shift: Rotating Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule, 5:00PM – 5:00AM)
  • Training Schedule: To be discussed at interview
Compensation and Benefits
  • Grade 9
  • $3,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Part of annual review system
  • FLSA: Non-Exempt
Essential Responsibilities
  • Maintain production rates, adhere to policies, and execute manufacturing strategies.
  • Manage performance of direct reports, including coaching, training, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Communicate priorities and strategies via meetings and emails.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
  • Manage staffing levels of full-time and temporary associates.
  • Track and ensure accuracy of shift metrics (output, labor waste, downtime).
  • Assist troubleshooting of equipment and ensure proper work order completion.
  • Investigate and document safety incidents and near misses.
  • Fill in for Asset Leader when necessary.
  • Uphold Rockline’s RRITE Values: Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment and perform other job-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED; 2 years of production experience; 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SPC/SQC tools, and safety regulations (GMP, FDA).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards.
  • Ability to work independently and in diverse teams, with flexibility in schedule.
Additional Information

This is a Safety-Sensitive and Product Security Sensitive position, requiring adherence to safety and security standards. FSLA status: Non-Exempt.
