Job summary

Kroger is seeking an on-site Supervisory role in Fort Worth, TX, to oversee daily receiving, selection and loading operations for hourly team members. You will model Kroger values and promote safety, productivity and accuracy across the distribution center.

The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. Growth opportunities exist within the Supply Chain & Distribution line of business.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting abilities.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and Manager on daily operational activities.
• Manage safety and sanitation in all areas.
• Plan production and staffing needs daily, weekly and periodically.
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity and performance.
• Monitor and meet all order accuracy requirements and expectations.
• Conduct meetings with hourly associates and oversee personnel records.
• Develop and train hourly associates and provide feedback.
• Generate productivity reports and track labor hours against budget.
