Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of delivery trucks. You will use NEFCO ERP and RF tech to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

The role is Monday–Friday, typically 40 hours with overtime potential, and requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand on concrete, and operate warehouse equipment with a team-focused, safety-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use NEFCO's ERP software system.
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts for planning.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and staging orders.
• Performs bin location maintenance and keeps warehouse organized.
• Supports safety, cleanliness, and daily warehouse operations.
• Assists with cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operates forklift and completes safety reports.
