Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bonner Springs, KS to handle receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching trucks for construction materials. Reports to the Logistics Supervisor and supports distribution operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, typically 40 hours with overtime possible. Must lift up to 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, operate warehouse equipment, and use the NEFCO ERP system and RF technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using NEFCO's ERP software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Excellent communication and computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage orders as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Perform bin location maintenance and inventory accuracy tasks (cycle counts).
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and complete reports; conduct forklift inspections.
• Receive and verify inventory into the NEFCO ERP system; stage and shelve inventory.
• Pick, pack, and load trucks in specified sequences; use RF tech to verify items.
