Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Physical Distribution II to support warehouse operations, handling receiving, storage, movement, and shipping of materials. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and safety while supporting inbound/outbound logistics.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, material handling with forklifts, and coordination with Supply Chain and Shipping teams, with a focus on inventory accuracy and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
• 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, store, move, pick, package, and ship materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Support inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics processes while ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Perform loading and unloading activities using material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Monitor project-related materials and outbound shipments, coordinating with Supply Chain, Shipping, and Forwarding teams as required.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock records.
• Utilize company systems and software tools to track inventory and outbound project requirements.
• Ensure goods are properly identified, packaged, and documented prior to shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while complying with all safety regulations and procedures.
