Bovio Rubino Service in Voorhees Township, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse and field teams running smoothly. You’ll handle purchasing, inventory, staging for installations, and warranty coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing and supply chain processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and on a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and stock shipments, and keep purchasing/receiving records up to date.
• Stage and coordinate materials for upcoming installations, and troubleshoot last-minute material needs.
• Manage the warranty claims process from start to finish, including vendor coordination and returns.
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and secure – including cycle counts and tool accountability.
• Serve as the communication hub between vendors, technicians, installers, dispatch, and management.

About the Role

BRS is a family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company serving South Jersey, and we're looking for a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse, our vendors, and our field teams running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person making sure technicians and installers have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it - from purchasing and inventory to installation staging and warranty claims.

What You'll Do

• Knowledge of warehouse logistics and route optimization.
