We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically capable Warehouse & Logistics Specialist for a fully hands-on role in Davie, FL. You will be directly responsible for tracking tool inventory, maintaining an immaculate facility, keeping company vehicles clean, performing minor repairs, and supporting our field teams with deliveries.

This position requires foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and construction principles.We are looking for a hardworking, positive, and energetic individual who takes pride in a spotless workspace, holds the technical skills to troubleshoot equipment, and earns the respect of our crews by providing reliable, hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Cleanliness:Personally clean, wash, tidy, and organize the warehouse, office spaces, tools, and company vehicles daily to maintain high safety standards.
• Inventory Tracking:Handle the physical check-in and check-out process for all tools and equipment to prevent loss.
• Tool Maintenance:Use your mechanical and electrical knowledge to physically troubleshoot and perform minimal maintenance on tools, equipment, and facility systems. Transport items to external repair shops for major fixes.
• Logistics & Field Support:Load and deliver tools, equipment, or materials to active job sites as needed.
• Team Collaboration:Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and serve as a reliable, hardworking resource of technical support for our field crews.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Aptitude:Must have at least a foundational knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and construction concepts to safely handle, inspect, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Work Ethic & Cleanliness:A strong, self-motivated commitment to hard work and keeping a perfectly clean, orderly environment.
• Organizational Skills:Exceptionally organized with a proven ability to keep tool cribs, inventory logs, and storage spaces neatly arranged.
• Driving Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to safely drive a truck with a trailer attached.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand or move for the entire shift.
• Shift Flexibility:Primarily a day shift position, but you must be flexible to work different shifts—including nights—if necessary.
• Interpersonal Skills:A happy, positive attitude with the ability to lead by example through hard work and gain the respect of the construction crews.
