Job summary

Total Tool, a NEFCO company, seeks a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and storage. Monday-Friday schedule.

You will pick, pack, stock, and load orders while maintaining accurate inventory and safe operations. Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics roles, forklift experience (certification preferred), and basic computer/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required; certification or ability to become certified preferred.
• Basic computer skills with experience using warehouse, inventory, or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to accurately review and interpret inventory information, ship documents, and computer-generated reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take a hands-on approach to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and bin location management.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, including completing required inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support daily operations.
• Participate in safety training and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse, shipping, and receiving duties as assigned.
