Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or purchasing processes.
• Basic computer proficiency including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Acumatica or another ERP system preferred.
• Ability to learn Smartsheet and other business software.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders with quantities, pricing, and delivery needs.
• Coordinate orders with suppliers, distributors, and project teams.
• Monitor open POs and expedite materials to meet schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and project materials.
• Verify materials against orders and packing slips.
• Record purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipment data in ERP.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship orders per carrier requirements.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
