Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, shipping, or packing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (experience with IQMS is a significant plus).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through material handling, shipping and receiving, and packing departments.
• Maintain precise records using ERP/MRP systems.
• Prepare outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement.
• Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders.
• Ensure packing according to quality standards.
• Identify and suggest solutions for warehouse flow bottlenecks.
