Job summary

Agiliti is seeking an Operations and Logistics Support I to assist in daily warehouse and logistics tasks, including receiving, processing, and shipping products. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards in an organized work environment.

This weekday daytime position offers $18 per hour and involves ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and coordination with internal and external partners to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow established processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments with proper packaging and documentation.
• Record shipment details, status updates, and tracking information.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies with internal teams and partners.
• Stage, store, and transport inventory to support operations and order fulfillment.
• Maintain shipping/receiving areas, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and coordinate reorders.
• Other duties as assigned.
