Job summary

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Newark, New Jersey warehouse and yard operations, ensuring on-time delivery for multiple construction projects.

You will oversee receiving, inventory, routing, and fleet readiness, supervise warehouse staff, enforce safety, and coordinate deliveries to jobsites.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least five years in warehouse/logistics, OSHA 10 or 30, and bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years warehouse and logistics experience.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory organization, material distribution, routing, and fleet readiness to support construction projects.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Coordinate deliveries to jobsites and ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently.
