Job summary

WYBOT in Dallas-area is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Dallas-area warehouse while partnering with our Director of Logistics on order processing, reporting, and broader supply chain initiatives.

This dual-focus role combines floor leadership with desk-based process improvement, overseeing receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory accuracy, and KPI reporting; you’ll also assist with WMS/ERP data entry and vendor comparisons.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Supervise, schedule and develop warehouse staff while maintaining safety and OSHA compliance.
• Experience with WMS/ERP data entry, reporting, and process improvement.
• Strong ability to manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations and collaborate with carriers on inbound/outbound shipments.
• Support the Director of Logistics with order processing, prioritization and issue resolution.
• Help maintain KPI reporting (order accuracy, on-time ship rate, inventory turns).
• Assist with WMS/ERP data entry, cleanup and troubleshooting; compare vendor quotes and track contracts.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews with operational metrics and project updates.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Dallas-area warehouse while partnering closely with our Director of Logistics on order processing, reporting, and broader supply chain initiatives.

This is a dual-focus role, part floor leadership, part cross-functional support, for someone who is equally comfortable managing a team on the warehouse floor and handling reporting and process improvement at the desk.

Warehouse Operations Leadership:

• Own daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Supervise, schedule, and develop warehouse staff
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant facility (OSHA standards, equipment inspections)
• Own inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with carriers and freight partners on inbound/outbound shipments
• Troubleshoot day-of operational issues such as staffing gaps, equipment downtime, and order surges

Logistics & Order Processing Support:

• Support the Director of Logistics with order processing, including reviewing, prioritizing, and troubleshooting orders through fulfillment
• Support the Director of Logistics of chargebacks and dispute management
• Help maintain and improve reporting on KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time ship rate, and inventory turns
• Assist with WMS/ERP data entry, cleanup, and troubleshooting
• Support vendor and freight quote comparisons and contract tracking
• Help prepare materials for leadership reviews, including operational metrics and project updates
• Flag process gaps and help design fixes

What you bring:

• 3-5+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience
• Experience supervising a team of 5+ hourly staff
• Comfort with WMS/ERP tools and Excel/Google Sheets reporting
• Strong organizational skills, able to run the floor and own reporting in the same day
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with pallet racking, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; relevant experience weighted heavily

This person will keep the building running day to day, and serve as a key resource to our Director of Logistics in keeping orders moving and metrics accurate.
