• 1-3 years of Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, develop, and plan the manpower of hourly employees.
• Manage inbound traffic scheduling and receiving records.
• Process receipts through ERP and WMS systems.
• Ensure inventory locations are accurate and support cycle counts.
• Train new employees on SOPs and material handling practices.
• Promote forklift safety and OSHA/ISO procedures.
