Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to administer and operate the organization’s warehouses. Responsibilities include processing, packaging and storage of materials, auditing goods received, and coordinating shipping/receiving schedules to optimize flow and space utilization.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in logistics or related manufacturing roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control or related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
• Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and methods for product or order fulfillment, inventory control systems and processes.
