Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks a Warehouse Logistics Associate II in Saint Rose, LA. You will direct and coordinate outbound freight documentation, route shipments by air, rail, or truck, and verify tariff classifications and billing.

You will also investigate shipment discrepancies and assist with claims and settlements with carriers. Qualifications include an AA degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience; strong numerical ability and problem solving; proficiency with MS Office and SAP Inventory

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Basic math, percentages, and tariff calculations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates outbound freight documentation and routing.
• Reviews documents for correct classifications and tariffs.
• Investigates lost/damaged shipments and shortages.
• Schedules shipments to comply with laws and company policies.
