Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support field operations in Greensboro, NC. You will manage warehouse activities, coordinate deliveries to job sites, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and inventory control.

Responsibilities include planning routes, maintaining equipment safety, and communicating with other departments to ensure timely shipments. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license are required, with CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel between jobs periodically as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Operations Manager with warehouse operations, including receiving, logging, storing, and distributing equipment/materials.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate company deliveries to various job sites and clients.
• Audit inventory, identify missing or damaged items, and make restock recommendations.
• Maintain safe operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles; convey safety policies to the team.
• Prepare documentation accurately and maintain warehouse practices and goals.
