Job summary

NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Minnesota locations. You’ll work in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse functions based on business needs and experience.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, while maintaining accuracy and safety. Growth through cross-training is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills; ability to learn warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and other equipment.

Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Typically Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be available or required
• Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Position Summary

Warehouse Logistics Associates play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position offers opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Physical Requirements

• Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and twist.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
