Job summary

NEFCO is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will help receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while gaining exposure to multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience preferred, and basic computer and math skills. Overtime may be available; we offer PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Team members may work in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, or other warehouse functions based on business needs and experience.

Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Typically Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be available or required
• Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Position Summary

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
