NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in New Albany, OH. Duties include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with RF scanners and WMS. Overtime may be required; shift differentials apply for some shifts. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
