NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Work may include shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, or other warehouse functions. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with possible overtime and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, cycle counts, and operating RF scanners and warehouse systems. Safety and efficiency are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Typically Monday through Friday

• Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Position Summary

Warehouse Logistics Associates play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position offers opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Physical Requirements

• Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and twist.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
