NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is hiring for Warehouse Logistics Associates to join our shipping, receiving, and inventory teams across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, with opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions and advance within our growing nationwide network.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a reliable work ethic.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

We're hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Team members may work in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, or other warehouse functions based on business needs and experience.

Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Typically Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be available or required
• Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Position Summary

Warehouse Logistics Associates play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position offers opportunities to learn multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development.

Warehouse Responsibilities
