Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Associate at the Jos a Bank Distribution Center to process merchandise using RF scanners and to help maintain accurate inventory levels.

You will follow standard operating procedures, load and unload goods, and ensure items are properly located for efficient picking. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a reliable attendance record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must be able to understand spoken and written English to perform necessary job functions.
• Ability to meet deadlines/productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner.
• Good attendance/punctuality record; consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with physical demands up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure use of standard operating procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate a hand-held RF scanner to process merchandise.
• Assist in maintaining proper stock levels and locations for efficient picking.
• Load/unload goods.
• Operate material handling equipment to meet productivity standards safely.
• Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
• Assist in all other areas of the distribution center.
