Job summary

Midwest Valve Services in Minooka, IL, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced, customer-oriented team. You will handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, and prepare shipments using UPS/FedEx software and company systems.

A valid Driver’s License and forklift/bridge crane experience are required. We offer a competitive hourly rate with overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, health plans, and tuition

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious nature.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lead by example and work with others.
• High computer literacy including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.
• Forklift and bridge crane experience required; forklift certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of products.
• Record receipt and shipment documentation in systems.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Identify parts needed to complete repair orders and support shop.
• Drive company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas.
• Collaborate with accounts, engineers, and repair shop team.
