Job summary

Midwest Valve Services, a Novaspect Holdings Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Minooka, IL. You will handle shipping/receiving, inventory control, and coordination with the repair shop, ensuring accurate documentation and safe, efficient operations.

The role requires forklift and bridge crane experience, high attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team while following safety guidelines. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with UPS and/or FedEx shipping software helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and conscientious nature.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and safety guidelines.
• Ability to lead by example and work well with others.
• High computer literacy including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal systems.
• Forklift and bridge crane experience required.
• Forklift certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Record receipt and shipment documentation in systems and via tickets.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Identify parts for repair work orders and assist repair shop as needed.
• Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain and organize all shipping, receiving, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with Account Coordinators and Engineers to resolve customer issues.
• Support repair shop team with additional duties as needed.
