Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Port Lavaca, TX. This full-time role blends warehouse tasks—receiving, storing, picking and shipping—with local driving duties, emphasizing safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to OSHA standards in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and valid driver's license with a clean record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year warehouse experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs with proper supports.

Responsibilities

• Count products and compare to packing slips; check shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments on appropriate forms; sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
• Unload inbound shipments; move products to storage locations and stack safely.
• Operate warehouse equipment and ensure correct picking in the WMS; transport orders to shipping locations.
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; follow OSHA standards.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Load/unload cargo; execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures.
