Job summary

Turtle is hiring a Warehouse Associate to accurately receive, store, pick, and ship products while upholding our standards for accuracy, safety, and productivity. You’ll unload inbound shipments, manage inventory in WMS, and ensure proper stock rotation across storage areas.

The role emphasizes safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, at least one year in a warehouse, and proficiency with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Fork-Lift Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
• Ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Count all products, compare to packing slip/WMS and check shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments; sign inbound shipments when needed.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Store merchandise in pallet, rack and yard areas; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Ensure correct quantity/type is picked in WMS and move orders to shipping areas.
• Verify outbound shipments against orders and seal for transport.
• Maintain equipment, operate safely per OSHA and company standards.
• Assist in inventory accuracy, cycle counts and aisle assessments.
• Repack or re-box cases, repair damaged goods, and clean work areas as required.
