Job summary

Turtle is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to accurately receive, store, pick, and ship products. The role involves driving a company vehicle within the local area, maintaining safety, and ensuring accurate inventory and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year warehouse experience.
• Fork-Lift Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 Year Driving Experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Ability to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
• Ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety.
• Ability to stand for many hours and work in all weather elements.
• Ability to climb and lift minimum 55lbs with proper supports.
• Flexible and adaptable working style.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, and ship products accurately.
• Drive company vehicle within the assigned geographic area safely.
• Report shortages, damages and mis-shipments; sign inbound shipments as needed.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion; comply with OSHA standards.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Load/unload cargo and execute local deliveries.
• Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.
