Torrco Pittsfield is a hands-on Warehouse & Delivery Associate role supporting Pittsfield and North Adams branches. You’ll split time between warehouse operations and local deliveries to ensure customers and sales teams have products when they need them.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, delivery, or similar hands-on roles.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license with a safe record.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to complete DOT physical.
• Dependable, punctual and team oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming product.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Support branch and sales teams throughout the day.
• Load, secure, and deliver orders with company box/truck fleets.
• Verify orders and provide friendly service to customers.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report issues.
