Plimpton & Hills Corporation in Torrington, CT seeks a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely order delivery and support warehouse operations. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays at the Torrington branch, 790 Main Street.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift, barcode reader and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to addresses and follow routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks as needed.
• Interact with customers daily and complete logs and reports.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Read packing slips and barcode scans to locate projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
