Len Busch Roses is seeking a motivated Team Lead to oversee our warehouse and order fulfillment operations. You will lead the second-shift labor plan for picking, packing and loading delivery vehicles, coaching the team and focusing on safety, accuracy, and productivity.
You will collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to ensure on-time shipments, train staff on standardized processes, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture that drives continuous improvement.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse/order fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a proven ability to drive productivity, maintain accountability, and keep teams focused in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, and will play a critical part in improving team performance and ensuring operational goals are consistently met.
The Team Lead will execute the daily labor plan for the second shift order filling team: picking, packing and loading of delivery vehicles. Pay Range: $23.00/hr - $26.00/hr
EOD = "End of Day" (whenever the shift is completed) Please Note: There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.
Holiday Schedule (November – May): Sunday: 3:00 PM – EOD, Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – EOD
Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off. These busy periods may demand flexibility in your schedule.
