ID Logistics US seeks a Line Lead to coordinate production and transfers under the Production Supervisor in our Fort Worth warehouse. You will ensure work aligns with client specs, maintain UPH targets, and verify accuracy from production to put-away, while coordinating with IC and dock to sustain product flow.
The role requires 1–2 years in a lead warehouse position, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Overtime and weekend shifts may be needed to meet business demand.

Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice and on off days as the business need arises.
$19.50 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Line Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.
