Job Requirements

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Loader/Utility position at Four Seasons Family of Companies. As a Warehouse Loader/Utility, you are responsible for safety, accurately, and efficiently loading outbound trucks. This role utilizes warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and pump jacks, to load secure, and prepare shipments for transport. Associates preform final load inspections, secure dock doors, complete required documentation, and assist with general dock operations such as pallet breakdown, restacking and order selecting.

The Basics

• Pay: $18 an hour + $3 an hour shift differential
• Work schedule: 6pm to 4:30am
• Location: Ephrata, PA (On site)

What You Do

• Load outbound tickets using mobile equipment such as the electric pallet jack, pump jack, load bars or straps
• Perform final check and secure the inside dock door
• Complete all outbound route information / documentation
• General dock work (Pallet Breakdown, and restacking)
• Reporting Documentation
• Order selecting
• Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe and clean work area and adhere to food safety policies
